I first want to tell you how much I appreciate all of you. It’s just hard to explain how sitting in your small waiting room is so pleasant and calming. I mean it’s like an experience. I never could quite put my finger on it, but then I remembered that being in someone else’s home reflects their state of being, and your "beings" are very kind, caring, professional and authentic. As we are in the Thanksgiving season, we have thought about all our blessings this year. We just had to count you, your skill, patience and care as one of our blessings. You did a tremendous job stitching up our son’s dog bite wound – he looks great, and you can hardly tell that something happened on his nose and under his eye. We had a stressful, horrible day but thankfully – just as many people told us, you were worth the wait that day and you were an answer to our prayers that day. We appreciate so much the long hours you put in that Friday, for being so understanding with us, and for the great job you did. We are grateful! Thanks so much!

Sunday, all four of the children were in an automobile accident. my oldest son had several cuts on his face and Donn came to the hospital. In our home we try to make Sunday a family day. The work you have put into my I’ve had my keloid for 6 years due to a bad piercing. I’ve visited numerous Doctors and made so many phone calls for consultations to get rid of my keloid. Some made me come in just to tell me they couldn’t help me and left me feeling unsure and lose hope. Being a young 18 year old girl (at the time) the last thing I wanted to hear was an unsure answer. It was a huge struggle for me to deal with. Constantly hiding my ear and limiting my hairstyles. As the years went on I’ve noticed how much the keloid affected my life. After so many years I’ve decided to give it one more try. I booked an appointment with Chatham Facial Plastic Surgery for a consultation. I went in with no hope or expectation. The day of my appointment I was nervous and anxious and thought “this is it. If it’s not possible then I just have to accept it and give up.” When I arrived Dr Chatham checked my keloid and talked to me about it. He asked me about how it made me feel emotionally and showed care for my mental health as well. He told me how it would be possible to remove it and how he will make sure the keloid doesn’t form again. I left feeling hopeful and I couldn’t believe it. After so many years I finally found the right Doctor. He made me feel welcoming and gained my trust. It did not take long to go through the procedure. Now as a 24yr I feel confident again. I’ve noticed how much happier I’ve became and my family noticed as well. I will always and 100% recommend to come here. I will forever be thankful for everyone in that Doctor office.
