Financing, Financial, & Cancellation Policies

Chatham Facial Plastic Surgery & Medical Skin Care offers a variety of financing options to assist you in achieving your cosmetic enhancement surgery and/or procedures.

Please note that all payments for cosmetic services are due in full prior to the commencement of treatment. You may pay using the following payment options:

• Cash
• Check (Personal or cashier’s check)
• Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa)
• Debit Cards

Cancellation Policy

We understand situations occur which may require you to change your appointment. Please be advised that we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel appointments.

Surgery Financial Policy

• To secure a date for surgery a $500 deposit is required. The deposit is nonrefundable unless there is a medical reason or other unforeseeable emergency. Please note: We understand scheduling issues may arise and our team will work with you to change dates if needed.
• Your final balance is due at the preoperative visit, usually two weeks prior to surgery. If payment is not received, then your procedure may be cancelled or postponed.
• We accept major credit cards, cash, or check.
• We cannot accept personal checks less than two weeks prior to surgery.
