Earlobe Gauge Repair Gallery

Following gauged earring use that eventually tore, we see the repaired earlobes immediately following office surgery using local anesthesia. Sutures will fall out after one week or so following surgical repair.

After earlobe distortion due to ‘gauging’ it is not uncommon to request reconstructive surgery. This young man is shown following ear lobe repair under local anesthesia.

This girl had her earlobes “gauged.” Without her jewelry in, her lobes were very deformed & she requested reconstruction. She had both ears repaired in the office under local anesthesia. One month later her ears appear normal and she can wear traditional earrings.
